We are a new small business founded by a seasoned Regional Business Office Consultant who specializes in training aspiring Business Office Managers for long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Recognizing an urgent need for foundational training, our founder set out to provide essential knowledge for success in a nursing facility. Over the years, she witnessed many individuals struggle due to a lack of proper education, leading to job burnout and high turnover rates. The shortage of well-trained professionals makes it difficult to fill these roles, creating stress for residents and their families.
To address this challenge, we developed the BOM 101 Training Course—a comprehensive 12-week program designed for future Business Office Managers in the LTC/SNF community. Dawn Gorman, CEO & President, and Founder With over 15 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) Business Office operations and 4 years as a Regional Consultant, Dawn brings extensive expertise in Long-Term and Skilled Nursing care. Passionate about mentorship, she is dedicated to equipping individuals stepping into new roles with the knowledge and confidence needed for success from day one.
Ashley Bolden, General Manager & Director of Marketing Ashley has spent much of her career in the Long-Term Care (LTC) industry, bringing over three years of specialized experience in the Business Office role. As the face of BOM Elite, she plays a key role in fostering connections between potential employers and students, actively engaging in job fairs and networking events to showcase her expertise and dedication to the LTC community.
