We are a new small business founded by a seasoned Regional Business Office Consultant who specializes in training aspiring Business Office Managers for long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Recognizing an urgent need for foundational training, our founder set out to provide essential knowledge for success in a nursing facility. Over the years, she witnessed many individuals struggle due to a lack of proper education, leading to job burnout and high turnover rates. The shortage of well-trained professionals makes it difficult to fill these roles, creating stress for residents and their families.

To address this challenge, we developed the BOM 101 Training Course—a comprehensive 12-week program designed for future Business Office Managers in the LTC/SNF community. Passionate about mentorship, she is dedicated to equipping individuals stepping into new roles with the knowledge and confidence needed for success from day one.
